Paid sick leave
You should be able to take your time getting healthy. All employees are eligible for sick leave in compliance with Oregon law. Full-time employees receive 40 hours of sick time per calendar year. Other employees receive 1 hour for every 30 hours worked.
We want you to have fun and know that sometimes that means time off work. All full-time employees are eligible to earn and use paid vacation time, starting with 40 hours annually and increasing after 5 and 10 years of employment.
All full-time employees receive paid time off (PTO) on 6 major holidays. We are proud to offer eligible veterans PTO on Veterans Day.
Your health is our health. We provide our full-time employees and their dependents with medical, dental and vision coverage after 60 days of employment, and we pay 70% of our employees’ premiums.
100% employer-paid life insurance
Multi-Tek provides all our employees and their families with life insurance at no cost. The policy includes Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance.
100% employer-paid short-term disability (STD)
We pay for STD policies for all our full-time employees to provide income replacement in the event you are unable to work due to illness, injury or pregnancy. This comes at no cost to you.
Health savings account (HSA)
We offer an HSA that allows our full-time employees to contribute pre-tax dollars for use on eligible medical expenses. Plus, Multi-Tek will match the first $25 per paycheck that you contribute.
We want our employees to reach their retirement goals. Full-time employees are eligible to participate in a simple IRA savings plan. We match contributions up to 3% of an employee’s salary and plan to increase that number as we grow.
