Our team has manufactured custom cable assemblies for over 20 years, ranging from simple configurations to complex cabling undertakings. We typically work in transportation, electronics, industrial, communication and commercial applications and build to IPC/WHMA-A-620 Class 2 standards, but are continually expanding our ventures into new industries.
We build wire-to-wire and wire-to-board cable assemblies using connectors and crimp terminals from industry leaders like Molex and TE in pitches as small as 1 mm. Our equipment and processes are optimized for a wide range of wire gauges from 28 AWG to 8 AWG. We also stock many different colors of common hook-up wire in a variety of UL Styles and Mil-Spec ratings, as well as a number of jacketed cable types, including coaxial, flat ribbon and multiconductor.
